Sugar Rush Peach peppers start off green (a bit more mellow) and then turn yellow, and then finally gain to a lovely peachy orange color. They have quite a following and it’s easy to appreciate why with its unique color and flavor combination not found in other peppers.

"Glow" is made from more mild green peppers (but it'll heat you up on a cold night). Amazing with eggs, chicken, etc. Heck, we've heard folks put this stuff on anything but cake!
