Sugar Rush Peach peppers start off green (a bit more mellow) and then turn yellow, and then finally gain to a lovely peachy orange color. They have quite a following and it’s easy to appreciate why with its unique color and flavor combination not found in other peppers.

"Fire" is made from the deep yellow and peachy orange peppers. It's sweeter than glow but packs more of a kick. Amazing with eggs, chicken, etc. Heck, we've heard folks put this stuff on anything but cake!
